Rex N Dungan

Rex Dungan is a professional with nearly 40 years in the real estate industry. His background includes a wide spectrum of work and expertise that range from real estate appraising to ownership of The Cornerstone Group, a real estate brokerage, with time as a Deputy Assessor to Chief Appraiser, at Pacific Bank, a major lending institution.

His education is in real estate and economics with an emphasis on real estate law and business law. He reversed roles by becoming an instructor at a local college, teaching those looking to join his profession.

In the last downturn of the real estate market, he spent many years working through the disposition of non-performing assets as the Due Diligence Director with the Apollo Capital Group. Rex continues his work in the industry as an instructor, mentor, and working complex property valuations in his resident state.
